LMH successful with ASBO against woman who trained dog to attack

LMH has obtained a two year ASBO against a tenant who uses her dog as a weapon.

The ASBO prevents the tenant from walking any dog which is not under control by means of a lead or held and controlled by the defendant in a defined area of Liverpool 19.
