Housing Association introduces gang membership clause in all tenancy agreements

Viridian Housing is introducing a gang membership clause in all tenancy agreements. Incidents of gang related anti-social behaviour are increasing in large urban estates, often involving serious issues such as gun crime, rape and murder.

The new clause puts the Association in a better position to try and tackle the problem of gangs on its estates and in the communities where it works.
