ACPO unveils new children and young people strategy

ACPO has published a new children and young people strategy, setting out its plans for the next three years. The strategy focuses on the need for improved partnership working at a local level. It also advocates the use of early intervention and prevention to reduce the likelihood that a child will become a repeat offender.
