Free advice days for dog owners in Preston

Community Gateway Association and partners are holding a number of free advice days for dog owners across the city in July in response to the levels of ASB involving dogs and increasing levels of dog fouling across estates in Preston. Owners can bring their dog along for a health check, have a microchip fitted free of charge, receive reduced rates for neutering whilst talking about issues that might affect them whilst looking after their pet.
