Public confidence in the Criminal Justice System

New research presenting analysis of public confidence in the Criminal Justice system from 2002 to 2008 has been published.

This report covers the overall levels of confidence in the Criminal Justice System(CJS) and public perceptions of the wider CJS and draws together findings from the British Crime Survey (BCS), considering both the national (England and Wales) and local level picture.
